Help for parents of students in years 11 to 13

A workshop for Bulmershe parents to help them with their child's revision and exam stress.

Dear Parent/Carer

We would like to invite you to the ‘How to help with revision and exam stress’ on Tuesday 20th February at The Bulmershe School from 6:00pm – 7:00pm, which is for parents who have children in years 11 and sixth form.

The workshop will consist of presentations delivered by Dr Laura Pass, Research Clinical Psychologist: Adolescent Depression, Miss Gray Head of Year 11 and Mr Lord Head of Sixth Form, where there will be an opportunity to gain personalised advice and discuss any worries you may have.

The workshop will deliver aspects on the following;

  • How to support your child through the examination period
  • What is out there to support your child with anxiety / stress
  • Healthy habits
  • Study skills – retaining information
  • Advice on how to support your child with their revision techniques
