Key Stage 5
Years 12 and 13
We are very proud of the provision we offer our Post-16 learners and the choice of subjects available. Our outstanding KS5 outcomes have placed us within the top 25% of Sixth Forms for the last 2 years and we have a notable number of students who move on to some of the country's top universities.
We continue to be the Sixth Form of choice for our internal students and also welcome a large number of external applicants. Within the Sixth Form we offer extensive enrichment opportunities in addition to our academic courses, including recreational sports, debating club and mindfulness sessions. Our dedicated careers programme provides students with the opportunity to practice and hone their interview techniques.
A-Level Subjects - Level 3
These are offered in a range of subjects and prepare students well for university. A large proportion of A-Level courses are exam based with a small percentage of coursework. All A-Level subjects have now gone linear with students sitting their public exams at the end of Year 13.

Vocational Subjects - Level 3
These are subjects that can be taken alongside A-Level subjects and are assessed through a variety of different methods including practical work, coursework and exams. Students are graded Pass, Merit or Distinction and a large percentage of universities will accept them as part of their entrance criteria.

The entry requirements for our Level 2 programme are five 3-9 grades including English and Maths.
