Why did you choose to come to The Bulmershe School?

The Bulmershe School is a fantastic place for those seeking a vibrant learning environment. Students are drawn to Bulmershe for its supportive community, diverse opportunities, and commitment to academic excellence. The school fosters creativity, growth and a sense of belonging, making it an ideal place for individuals looking to thrive both academically and personally. Although I didn't get to attend the open evening due to Covid restrictions at the time, I could already guess how it would be based on the positive feedback from people I spoke to.

How has The Bulmershe School inspired you to strive for your aspirations and dreams? 

Bulmershe serves as a beacon of inspiration, igniting the flames of ambition and fuelling dreams within its students. The school's nurturing environment, dedicated teachers, and array of opportunities empower individuals to reach for the stars and pursue their aspirations with unwavering determination. It's a place where passion meets purpose, where students are encouraged to dream big and work hard to turn those dreams into reality.

Bulmershe has been such a game-changer for me. It's like this hub of inspiration where everyone's encouraged to chase their dreams and make them happen. The teachers there are so supportive, and the vibe just pushes you to go for your goals with all you've got. It's where dreams get that extra boost to become real, you know?

How do you feel the co-curricular (extra-curricular clubs, trips, opportunities) experience at The Bulmershe School has benefited you? 

Being part of all the fun activities at Bulmershe is like hitting the jackpot. The clubs, trips and chances they offer - They're like doors to a whole different universe opening. You find talents you never knew you had, make friends for life, and grow in ways you never imagined. The perks? Oh man, they're huge – more confidence, new skills, memories that stick with you forever – it's all right there for the taking!

What would you say is your favourite moment so far in your time at The Bulmershe School? 

My  favorite moment at Bulmershe School? It has to be the time I won four awards at the Headteacher's Awards evening when I was in Year 10. The whole auditorium was in awe, and my parents were very proud of my accomplishments as I had worked so hard to achieve them. It felt amazing to see my efforts pay off and come out on top. The adrenaline, the pride – that feeling is something I'll never forget!

What is your favourite subject and why?

Maths being my favourite subject shouldn't be a question. It's all about that feeling when you solve a tough problem. The satisfaction, the thrill of cracking those numbers – it's like a puzzle that keeps your brain buzzing. Plus, when you get it right, it's like a victory dance in your head! Who wouldn't love that kind of challenge and triumph?

What advice would you give to a student about to join The Bulmershe School?

Joining Bulmershe School? That's awesome! My advice? Dive into everything – clubs, trips, all of it! It's where you'll discover your passions, make lifelong friends, and grow in ways you never thought possible. Embrace the opportunities, work hard, and believe in yourself.
