ClassCharts

ClassCharts

In September 2024 we launched our new reward system - ClassCharts. We chose ClassCharts because the package included an easy way for Students to see and track their achievement and behaviour points, either using a browser or by downloading the ClassCharts Student app to their phone. ClassCharts also allows parents to create their own accounts, which will alert them to all the points their children receive - in real time.

We relaunched our reward system so that we could include a new Rewards Shop. This shop is visible to students and they can use their accumulated points to spend on rewards of their choosing. The shop includes low point items such as Canteen Cookies (100 points), Multi-coloured pens and highlighters (150 points) to high end prizes such as Amazon Vouchers (1,000 points), Games Console vouchers (2,000 points) and even Cake with the Headteacher (750 points)! It's up to students if they want to spend their points immediately, or save them up for something more valuable.

We really hope ClassCharts will encourage all students to take more ownership of their learning habits and be even more engaged in promoting positive actions in school.

Behaviour Points and Detentions

How to access ClassCharts

There are various ways that both parents and students can use class charts.

1. Download the parents app

ClassCharts Parents for iOS

ClassCharts Parents for Android

2. Download the students app

ClassCharts Student for iOS

ClassCharts Student for Android

3. Login through www.classcharts.com using any browser (on a PC, Mac, phone or tablet)

Parents of Y7-11 will have been sent an email directly from ClassCharts to the email address registered in SIMS. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received it. This email will contain your unique access code, which is needed when you first register an account with ClassCharts. (Sixth formers and their parents will be receiving the codes in the new next week)

All Students will receive their unique access code on an email sent to their School Email account. Please note the codes will be different for Parents and students.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD AT THE SCHOOL
Unfortunately, for security reasons, Classcharts cannot include a student name in their unique code email.  You will receive more than one email from Classcharts with different codes. Please pick a child to try each code against, if it doesn’t work, try a different child! We know this is not ideal.

Steps for adding additional child to your Parent Account:

  1. Create your parent account using one child’s details as per the above instructions
  2. Once your account is verified and you have logged in, click the orange circular profile button (on the app), and select add pupil / or click the “Add Pupil” on the website
  3. Put in your next child’s unique code and details when prompted.

If you have any issues with accessing ClassCharts, please email reception@bulmershe.wokingham.sch.uk
