Why did you choose to come to The Bulmershe School?

Originally, I came to the bulmershe school for a fresh start, as it was away from most of my friends. I chose Bulmershe because of the Drama and Maths department, and I was not disappointed. Bulmeshe offered me a fantastic opportunity, to start anew.

How has The Bulmershe School inspired you to strive for you aspirations and dreams?

Before coming to Bulmershe I had no idea about career pathways, job ideas, or potential University destinations. Thanks to the Chemistry, Maths and Economics department. I now have a clear idea for my goals and career and a target to work for at the end of year 13.

How do you feel the co-curricular (extra-curricular clubs, trips, opportunities) experience at The Bulmershe School has benefited you?

The co-curricular opportunities at Bulmershe are brilliant. With Bulmershe I have; been to France, acted and performed a mock trial in a court room in Reading, been to at least 6 musicals in London with the Drama department, been to Thorpe Park, been to Bushcraft and visited Reading University for a look around the campus.

These opportunities have partly developed who am I today.

What would you say is your favourite moment so far in your time at The Bulmershe School?

My favourite moment has to be performing with the Drama department every year since year 7. But especially in year 12 and year 7 when I had lead roles. I fundamentally believe my time performing with Bulmershe will have solidified core memories I will never forget.

What is your favourite subject and why?

My favourite subject is Maths. I like how the answers are always set In stone and not open to interpretation. It's makes it easier to lock in knowing im not trying to convince the examiner I know what I'm talking about.

What advice would you give to a student about to join The Bulmershe School

Just be yourself, that's all you can do.
